Description: With blue face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. He has purple hair. His gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Zepar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Zepar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has worked as a Beggar like his father before him.
