Personality: She is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting illithids, the young Akta began to lead the lost caravan. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and a deep hatred of illithids

He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, and is pretty ugly. His golden hair is still thick. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
