History: He got into the Miner business at a young age. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miner. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Paggen was born the youngest of three triplets. Paggen abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Malquis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Malquis. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and seeks redemption

History: Ethereal was born with his father's beautiful face. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Ethereal and his spouse have recently divorced.
