History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. History: Emerald was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and doesn't want to be a beggar and was forced into it by her family

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He keeps his scarlet crest in a flapper bob. His eyes are gold and catlike.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
