Description: A plain young-adult man, he sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has moderate length blonde hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Whurbin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Whurbin. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: This woman stands a little under 2'11" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a red wide-brimmed hat and red clothes. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. Her gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Philomena fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and she wants to get laid

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and money/treasure

Description: He wears a black costume with the symbols of magic on his torso, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'10" when asserting himself. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has red eyes.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Brewer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Mormo abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels kind of lost in life
