Personality: He is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Cimer was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'4" when asserting himself. He has styled his auburn hair well, parting it to the right. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
