Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the Greater Tyrant fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Magic Resistance. The Greater Tyrant has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Greater Tyrant's Carapace. Any time the Greater Tyrant is targeted by a magic missile spell, a line spell, or a spell that requires a ranged attack roll, roll a d8. On a 1, the Greater Tyrant takes 1/2 damage and halves any effect's duration. On a 2 to 7, the Greater Tyrant is unaffected, and heals 40 HP. On an 8, the Greater Tyrant is unaffected, and the effect is reflected back at the caster as though it originated from the Greater Tyrant, turning the caster into the target.
Siege Monster. The Greater Tyrant deals double damage to objects and structures.
Greater Tyrant's Regeneration. The Greater Tyrant has enhanced regenerative capabilities, healing 50 8d8+14 health at the start of each of its turns.

Actions
Multiattack. The Greater Tyrant can use its Frightful Presence. It then makes five attacks: one with its bite, two with its claws, one with its horns, and one with its tail. It can use its Swallow instead of its bite.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (3d12+6) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it is grappled (escape DC 18). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the Greater Tyrant can't bite another target.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d8+6) slashing damage.
Horns. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (3d10+6) piercing damage.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (3d6+6) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Frightful Presence. Each creature of the Greater Tyrant's choice within 120 feet of it and aware of it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, with disadvantage if the Greater Tyrant is within line of sight, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw Is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the Greater Tyrant's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Swallow. The Greater Tyrant makes one bite attack against a Large or smaller creature it is grappling. If the attack hits, the target takes the bite's damage, the target is swallowed, and the grapple ends. While swallowed, the creature is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the Greater Tyrant, and it takes 42 (12d6) acid damage at the start of each of the Greater Tyrant's turns. If the Greater Tyrant takes 45 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, the Greater Tyrant must succeed on a DC 28 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate all swallowed creatures, which fall prone in a space within 10 feet of the Greater Tyrant. If the Greater Tyrant dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse by using 25 feet of movement, exiting prone.

Details
The Greater Tyrant, while extraordinarily rare, nearly does what almost every tarrasquespawn has failed to; maintain the reputation of its progenitor. These creatures of enormous size shrug off magic cast by even some of the most renowned casters on the continent, leveling kingdoms, and rendering landscape near uninhabitable. in the extraordinary event one falls, (most) tarrasquespawn within 10 miles seemingly retreat and enter hibernation, presumably waiting for whatever calamity has arrived to pass over. While not "Intelligent", per se, these monstrous creatures have been reported to have the faintest glimmer of Derision present in their gaze.
