Actions
Bite: Melee Attack: +0 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage.
Distract: reach 5-0 ft,. The rat crawls inside clothing, armor and any narrow space on another creature and bites, scratches and squeals and forces the target to make a DC 11 WIS save. If failed, target is distracted until it's next turn. Attacks against a distracted target has advantage and target that is distracted this way have disadvantage on attacks and concentration checks.
Squeeze: with an action the rat can squeeze into small spaces. The space can only be one size smaller that the rat without making checks. Anything that is smaller the rat has to roll a Dex +1 check to not get stuck. DC can vary on circumstances.

The rat is my many cultures considered a pest or a sign of plague and disease. What most doesn't know is how crafty and cunning these creatures can be.
If one only studies them for any length of time one would be amazed on how hardy these tiny creatures are.Their ability to chew threw almost anything that is soft but also at some times stone to find food or shelter!
They are very social creatures and often live in big or even huge families. they also take turns hibernating during winter so that a scouting party can be sent out to scavenge food.
