Nimble Escape. This creature can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of its turns.
Multiattack The goblin can make 2 Slash attacks
Diseased Strikes If a PC is hit with the Slash attack, it must succeed in a DC 12 CON saving throw or become infected. If they succeed, they can't be infected by the Goblin for the next 24 hours.

On hit splash in a 10ft circle, creatures inside the circle must succeed on a DC 13 DEX save or have their legs engulfed in void and are Restrained for 1 minute. Restrained creatures can make a DC 13 Strength save at the end of each of their turn to escape the void.
