Perpetual insomnia: Whenever you take a long rest, you can choose to remain awake or try to sleep. If you remain awake, you gain advantage on Charisma saving throws, and can perform light activity, such as keeping watch, to gain the benefits of a long
rest. If you sleep, your movement speed and jumping height each increase by 5 feet, but you suffer disadvantage on saving throws against being frightened. These benefits last until you begin a new long rest
