Thuros comes from the Old World, but was orphaned at the Ertho Monastery of Fhtagn, an isolated cursed island in the Old Sea. After a catastrophic event at the monastery, he was left their alone for many years where he lived as a hermit, shunning the local community of humans. He eventually travelled to the New World to find employment with mercenary groups as a medic.
