Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a suit in poor condition. Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ernest isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Ernest was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Locksmith profession.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He became a Courier soon after.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to end his boredom

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Kyle hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and wants to work out more often
