History: Born in the north to a Apothecary, Jade learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Jade alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now owns his own business.

History: Born to a Butcher, his mother struggled to pay the bills. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
