Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, marred by chocolates. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. This violet eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
