Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. A true patriot, Juliana would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born in a small forest village. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
