History: Gifted from a young age, Balimaar studied abroad. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe, marred by chocolates. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
