Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: The child of a Locksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Everard was taken on many hunting expeditions. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bowyer. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: Her left side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: Avelina hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the west to a Stableman, Avelina learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty pastel coat over it, and is pretty ugly. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
