Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Chem grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Chem. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
