Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Ozyman is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
