Innate Spellcasting. Kuma-dōji’s innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks). He can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: charm person, darkness, detect magic, invisibility3/day each: enlarge/reduce, gaseous form, thorn whip
1/day each: dominate person, earthquake
Magic Weapons. Kuma-dōji’s weapon attacks are magical.
Regeneration. Kuma-dōji regains 15 hit points at the start of his turn if he has at least 1 hit point.
